Introducing Victoria Sugianto: Customer Support Administrator

Hi Victoria! Welcome to the team.

What will you be doing at Devoli? 

As Customer Support Administrator I’ll be focused on supporting Devoli’s billing processes to make sure our customers get the best possible billing experience. 

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a book or my Kindle in hand. Reading is my favourite way to unwind, it helps me de-stress and escape the moment for a little while. 

I also love traveling. Experiencing different cultures and seeing the world from new perspectives is something I find inspiring. 

What’s your go-to food or restaurant? 

Honestly, nothing beats home cooking, especially the meals my mum or grandma make. My ultimate go-to comfort food.  

What are you looking forward to most about 2025? 

I’m excited about all the new experiences ahead and the people I’ll meet along the way.  

What are you enjoying about Devoli so far? 

The culture here is amazing, everyone’s so welcoming and kind. And the fact that there are dogs in the office every week makes everything 10x better!
